About Us

Sheldon Murphy founded Solid State Learning in 1999. His experience with web technologies reaches back to the infancy of the web. As a former employee of a Fortune 500 company, he played a key role in building the successful e-learning program from the ground up. During this journey, he found many disconnects between technology vendors and the goals of training departments. Sheldon founded Solid State Learning to help bridge the gaps between technology and the learner experience, and to make life easier for training administrators. Today, we are helping organizations to realize the full potential of e-learning, with solutions that have been tried and tested in the real world.

Our business structure is a low overhead model that is built to last. Through strategic partnerships with eLearning professionals, we are scalable to fit projects of any size.

Solid State holds user-centered design and usability testing as core values for the end users. For direct clients, we offer the highest level of service and support, a key element to overall satisfaction.

We really care about the overall experience for our clients and their customers.
